The level of the GS Momentum Builder® Multi-Asset Class Index (the “Index”) above may reflect levels of one or more Underlying Indices as determined by Solactive AG as the Calculation Agent for the Index rather than the calculation agent for the relevant Underlying Index if the level of such Underlying Index is not published before the daily publication of the Index level.
