UPDATE | Ordinary Adjustment | Solactive Global SuperDividend™ REIT Index | November 2021

Solactive has decided to update the applied treatment for the removal of VEREIT INC within the 5-day-rebalance process.

Instead of removing VEREIT INC within the multiday-rebalance, effective open November 9, 2021, Solactive will apply the below treatment:

• VEREIT INC will be removed from the index with the first rebalance day, i.e. effective open November 1, 2021
• The residual weight, which also was initially assigned to VEREIT INC over the 5-day-rebalance path, will be distributed proportionally to all member which are designed to remain in the index or added to the index, i.e. the weight for WAYPOINT REIT LTD will not be increased due to this treatment
• The historical levels for November 1, 2 and 3 will be restated in line with our correction policy
