Treatment of Bond Indices in Response to Taiwan Local Market

Solactive has become recently aware Taiwanese bonds are not freely investible by the foreign investors and as a result we will successively review each index with the intention to remove Taiwan from the respective eligible countries.

At the end of the review, Solactive AG may decide to remove all Taiwanese Local Currency Bonds from the affected indices. This will apply to bonds where the country of incorporation and country of risk of the issuer is Taiwan and the bond is in New Taiwan Dollar.
