On February 5, 2024, NORTHERN REVIVAL ACQUISITION CORP received a delisting notice from Nasdaq. There has since been no additional information on an appeal from NORTHERN REVIVAL ACQUISITION CORP, nor has there been any update on its proposed Business Combination with Braiin Ltd. NORTHERN REVIVAL ACQUISITION CORP has been suspended from Nasdaq since February 15, 2024. As such, subject to Solactive’s Disruption Policy, NORTHERN REVIVAL ACQUISITION CORP will be removed from the indices at a price of zero.

• The weight of NORTHERN REVIVAL ACQUISITION CORP (NRAC.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
