Spin Off | WEBJET LTD | 23rd September 2024

On 8 August 2024, WEBJET LTD announced a scheme of proposed demerger which will result in two ASX listed companies. On 17 September 2024, the demerger was approved on extraordinary general meeting. Each eligible shareholder will receive 1 new spin-off share for every WEBJET LTD share they held on record date. WEBJET LTD will be renamed WEB TRAVEL GROUP LTD. The demerger will be effective and the soon to be listed spin-off, to be known as WEBJET GROUP LTD will start trading on 23 September 2024.

• The spin-off company WEBJET GROUP LTD will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
