Announced on 4 July 2023, UNIQUEST CORP proposed the demerger of DREAMTECH CO LTD. Pursuant to the demerger, each share of UNIQUEST CORP will receive 0.1671482 of DREAMTECH CO LTD. Shares of DREAMTECH CO LTD will begin trading on the effective date of 23 October 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company DREAMTECH CO LTD will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
