Spin Off | SANOFI INDIA LTD | 13th June 2024

On 10 May 2023, SANOFI INDIA LTD approved a scheme of arrangement in their board of directors meeting to demerge their healthcare business. On 18 December 2023, the shareholders of SANOFI INDIA LTD approved the demerger arrangement. The terms of the demerger will be for each share held in SANOFI INDIA LTD shareholders will receive 1 share of SANOFI CONSUMER HEALTHCARE INDIA LTD. On 3 June 2024, the NCLT approved the demerger and set the effective date of 13 June 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company SANOFI CONSUMER HEALTHCARE INDIA LTD will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 13/06/2024
