On December 23, 2022, SAFE & GREEN HOLDINGS CORP announced a spin-off of its subsidiary SAFE & GREEN DEVELOPMENT CORP. SAFE & GREEN HOLDINGS CORP shareholders will receive 0.930886 of a share of SAFE & GREEN DEVELOPMENT CORP for every five shares held. The EX distribution when-issued market of SAFE & GREEN HOLDINGS CORP (SGBXV) and the when-issued market for SAFE & GREEN DEVELOPMENT CORP Common Stock (SGDVV) will begin trading on Nasdaq on September 19, 2023. The ex date and regular way trading will begin on September 28, 2023.
