Spin Off | HYOSUNG CORP ORD | 29th July 2024

On 23 February 2024, HYOSUNG CORP ORD announced the proposed demerger of their business unit into a new company, HS HYOSUNG CORP. On 30 April 2024, the shareholders voted to approve the plan. For every share held in HYOSUNG CORP ORD, shareholders will receive 0.1820515 shares of the newly formed company, HS HYOSUNG CORP. The effective date of the demerger is expected to be 29 July 2024.
