On April 3, 2024, HANWHA AEROSPACE CO LTD announced the company is undergoing a consolidation and spin-off. The shareholders have approved the events on a special meeting held on August 14, 2024. On events effective date, September 27, 2024, the shareholders of HANWHA AEROSPACE CO LTD will receive 0.9002797 new share of HANWHA AEROSPACE CO LTD; and 0.997203 newly issued share of the spun-off company, HANWHA INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS CO LTD, per every existing share of HANWHA AEROSPACE CO LTD held. The effective date of the consolidation and spin off will be September 27, 2024.
