On July 27, 2023 COWELL FASHION CO LTD announced its intention to spin off POND GROUP CO LTD as a public company. COWELL FASHION CO LTD held a shareholder meeting on December 12, 2023 in which they approved the demerger. COWELL FASHION CO LTD shareholders will receive 0.3654672 POND GROUP CO LTD shares per share held. The Ex date for the demerger will be on February 2, 2024.
