As  Wells Fargo 8.00% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Class A Preferred Stock, Series J have been called for redemption, the following treatment will be applied to the following Index.

Solactive US Pref USD

• WFC 8 12/31/49 will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of WFC 8 12/31/49 based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 09/17/2018.
