Redemption | MACQUARIE GROUP LIMITED CAPITAL NOTES 2018-WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY FLOATING RATE CONV. | 19th December 2024

On 3 December 2024, MACQUARIE GROUP announced the redemption of the MACQUARIE GROUP LIMITED CAPITAL NOTES (MQGPC). at a price which will be AUD 101.8246. This comprises of redemption price of AUD 100 and a dividend amount of AUD 1.8246. The last trading date for the MQGPC note is 16 December 2024. The removal date will be 19 December 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MACQUARIE GROUP LIMITED CAPITAL NOTES 2018-WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY FLOATING RATE CONV. will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MACQUARIE GROUP LIMITED CAPITAL NOTES 2018-WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY FLOATING RATE CONV. (MQGPC.AX) based on deal terms will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 19/12/2024
