On September 29, 2023, BLUESCAPE OPPORTUNITIES AC-A announced it would not complete a business combination and will redeem all of its outstanding class A ordinary shares. The redemption price will be approximately USD 10.04. BLUESCAPE OPPORTUNITIES AC-A anticipates that the Public Shares will cease trading as of the close of business on October 30, 2023
