On 5 April 2024, BENDIGO AND ADELAIDE BANK LTD announced the redemption of the PREF REGISTERED SHS 2017- MANDATORY CONV at a total of AUD 101.2424 which is comprised of a cash purchase price of AUD 100 and a dividend amount of AUD 1.2424. The last trade date was 28 April 2024. The effective date of the redemption will be 3 June 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BENDIGO AND ADELAIDE BANK LTD PREF REGISTERED SHS 2017- MANDATORY CONV. 15.06.26 will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BENDIGO AND ADELAIDE BANK LTD PREF REGISTERED SHS 2017- MANDATORY CONV. 15.06.26 (BENPG.AX) based on deal terms will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
