Due to the redemption of Bank of America Corp Deposit Shs Repr 1/1000th 6 1/2 % Non-Cum Pfd Shs Series Y, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• Bank of America Corp Deposit Shs Repr 1/1000th 6 1/2 % Non-Cum Pfd Shs Series Y will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of Bank of America Corp Deposit Shs Repr 1/1000th 6 1/2 % Non-Cum Pfd Shs Series Y based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
