Redemption | AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND BANKING GROUP LTD CAPITAL NOTES 2017- FLOATING RATE MAN.CONV WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY | 6th March 2025

On 17 February 2025, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND BANKING GROUP announced the redemption of the AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND BANKING GROUP LTD CAPITAL NOTES (AN3PH) at a price which will be AUD 101.5645. This comprises of redemption price of AUD 100 and a dividend amount of AUD 1.5645. The last trading date for the AN3PH note is 5 March 2025. The removal date will be 6 March 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND BANKING GROUP LTD CAPITAL NOTES 2017- FLOATING RATE MAN.CONV WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND BANKING GROUP LTD CAPITAL NOTES 2017- FLOATING RATE MAN.CONV WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY (AN3PH.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 06/03/2025
