Due to the redemption of APOLLO ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC NON CUM RED PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES A, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• APOLLO ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC NON CUM RED PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of APOLLO ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC NON CUM RED PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES A (AAM_pa.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
