On July 11, 2024, 10X CAPITAL VENTURE ACQUIS-A announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding ordinary shares. Each shareholder will receive USD 11.13 in cash for every share held. The last day of trading in shares of 10X CAPITAL VENTURE ACQUIS-A is expected to be July 12, 2024. The redemption is expected to be completed on July 17,2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• 10X CAPITAL VENTURE ACQUIS-A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of 10X CAPITAL VENTURE ACQUIS-A (VCXB.A) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
