Today, on the 28/09/2020, Solactive announces the following one-off criteria relaxation to the methodology of the following index/Indices (the ‘Affected Index/Indices’):

Rationale for one-off methodology change
Solactive intends to ensure that the minimum number of index components are being selected in a rapidly changing MLP space. Due to the current stock market situation, this cannot be guaranteed with the current Market Capitalization criteria. Therefore, the Market Capitalization threshold for Index inclusion will be reduced from 750 Mio. USD to 500 Mio. USD for companies which are not Index components on the respective Selection Day.
One-off change to the Index Guideline
For the August Rebalancing, taking place on 30th of September 2020 the Market Capitalization threshold for Index inclusion will be reduced from 750 Mio. USD to 500 Mio. USD for companies which are not Index components on the respective Selection Day, as illustrated in Section 4. (d).
