Today, on the 15/09/2023, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following Indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

Rationale for Methodology Change

Solactive has determined that the Subindustry (Level 6) “Peer-to-Peer Lodging” of the FactSet Revere Business Industry Classification System (“RBICS”) is added to the “Travel Agencies” category. This decision was caused by an enhancement of the RBICS methodology in July 2023. In the enhancement, the “Peer-to-Peer Lodging” Subindustry was introduced which led to a redefinition of the “Travel Agencies” Subindustry.

Changes to the Index Guideline

The following Methodology changes will be implemented in the following points of the Index Guideline (ordered in accordance with the numbering of the affected sections):

Section 2.2 Selection of the Index Components:

1. Eligible securities must fall into one of the following four categories. The categorization is based on Subindustry of the Factset Revere Business Industry Classification System (RBICS):
