Today, on the 5^th of January 2021, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

Rationale for methodology change

In order to reflect the liquidity crieria in accordance with “Autorité des marchés financiers” (AMF), Solactive has determined that the followings changes will be made to the Index Guideline.

Changes to the Index Guideline

The following changes are made in the first bullet point of 2.2 Selection of index components

From:

Securities with a Median Daily Value Traded of EUR 10 million over the past 5, 10 and 20 Business Days are selected.

To:

Securities with a minimum Average DAILY VALUE TRADED of EUR 10 million over the past 100 BUSINESS DAYS are selected.

The following changes are made in the third bullet point of 2.2 Selection of index components

From:

If a company has multiple share lines, only the most liquid listing based on the minimum Median Daily Value Traded over the past 5, 10 and 20 Business Days is selected.

To:

If a company has multiple share lines, only the most liquid listing based on the minimum Average DAILY VALUE TRADED over the past 100 BUSINESS DAYS is selected.

The following sentence is removed from the second sentence of 2.3 Weighting of the index components

Daily Value Traded over the past 5, 10 and 20 Business Days.
