Initially announced on December 5, 2024 TORTOISE ENERGY INFRASTRUCTU made a stock offer for TORTOISE MIDSTREAM ENERGY FUND of 1.27056339 shares per TORTOISE MIDSTREAM ENERGY FUND share held. The Merger is expected to be completed on December 23, 2024. Trading in shares of TORTOISE MIDSTREAM ENERGY FUND is expected to be halted effective December 23, 2024. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TORTOISE MIDSTREAM ENERGY FUND will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of TORTOISE ENERGY INFRASTRUCTU (TYG.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
