Due to the merger of PREMIER FINANCIAL BANCORP and PEOPLES BANCORP INC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• PREMIER FINANCIAL BANCORP will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of PEOPLES BANCORP INC (PEBO.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
