Merger | NEUBERGER BERMAN CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL FUND INC & NEUBERGER BERMAN MUNICIPAL | 23rd October 2023

On July 26, 2023 Neuberger Berman Municipal Fund Inc, Neuberger Berman California Municipal Fund Inc., and Neuberger Berman New York Municipal Fund Inc. have announced that common and preferred stockholders of each Fund have approved proposals to reorganize each of NBO and NBW with and into NBH, with NBH continuing as the surviving Fund in each case. The reorganizations of each of Neuberger Berman California Municipal Fund Inc. and Neuberger Berman New York Municipal Fund Inc. with and into NBH are expected to be effective after the close of business on October 20, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NEUBERGER BERMAN CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL FUND INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NEUBERGER BERMAN CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL FUND INC (NBW.A) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 23/10/2023
