Initially announced on January 26, 2024 CLEARBRIDGE ENERGY MIDSTREAM OPPORTUNITY FUND INC made a stock offer for CLEARBRIDGE MLP & MIDSTREAM FUND INC. CLEARBRIDGE MLP & MIDSTREAM FUND INC shareholders approved the Merger on May 20, 2024. On September 9, 2024 the conversion ratio is announced to be at 1.006926 common shares of CLEARBRIDGE ENERGY MIDSTREAM OPPORTUNITY FUND INC for each CLEARBRIDGE MLP & MIDSTREAM FUND INC common share. The Merger is completed effective before markets open on September 9, 2024. Trading in shares of CLEARBRIDGE MLP & MIDSTREAM FUND INC is expected to be halted effective September 9, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CLEARBRIDGE MLP & MIDSTREAM FUND INC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of CLEARBRIDGE ENERGY MIDSTREAM OPPORTUNITY FUND INC (EMO.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 12/09/2024
