BLUE OWL CAPITAL CORP III shareholders approved the Merger on January 8, 2025.The Merger was completed on January 13, 2025, with an exchange ratio of 0.9779. Trading in shares of BLUE OWL CAPITAL CORP III has been halted effective January 13, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BLUE OWL CAPITAL CORP III will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BLUE OWL CAPITAL CORP III (OBDE.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
