Due to the mandatory conversion of NUVEEN PREFERRED AND INCOME SECURITIES FUND, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• NUVEEN PREFERRED AND INCOME SECURITIES FUND will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of NUVEEN PREFERRED AND INCOME OPPORTUNITIES FUND (JPC.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
