Due to the mandatory conversion of NUVEEN FLOATING RATE INCOME OPPORTUNITY FUND ETF, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• NUVEEN FLOATING RATE INCOME OPPORTUNITY FUND ETF will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of NUVEEN FLOATING RATE INCOME FUND (JFR.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 01/08/2023
