Mandatory Conversion | ABOUT YOU HOLDING SE | 25th February 2025

On December 11, 2024 ZALANDO SE announced an all cash acquisition of ABOUT YOU HOLDING SE for EUR 6.5 per share. On February 20, 2025 the result of the tender offer period was announced with acceptances reaching 59.35 percent of the total shares outstanding of ABOUT YOU HOLDING SE. Shareholders, who have not tendered their shares, can still accept the offer during the additional acceptance period, which runs until (included) March 6, 2025. The closing of the Takeover Offer is still subject to further regulatory conditions, including merger control EU clearance. As the conditions are met, as these have been set 2.1.7.2 of the Solactive methodology, Solactive AG will apply a mandatory conversion to the indices on a one to one basis. ABOUT YOU HOLDING SE UNTENDERED (ISIN: DE000A3CNK42) will be replaced by ABOUT YOU HOLDING SE TENDERED (ISIN: DE000A40UTY9).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ABOUT YOU HOLDING SE will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of ABOUT YOU HOLDING SE (TENDERED) (YOU0v.DE) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 25/02/2025
