• Management of a broad portfolio of indices with various degrees of complexity 
• Rules-based selection and rebalancing of Solactive as well as client indices 
• Key point of contact for an international client base from leading investment banks in matters of index selection model and rebalance specific inquiries 
• Optimizing and improvement of various internal processes and workflows 
• Understanding of investment concepts in detail and model maintenance in line with most current market trends 
• Collaborating with business analysts and developers during the software development cycle 
• Coordination of assignments and responsibilities across different team members

• Background in Business, Finance, or Informatics
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in the finance industry or similar (e.g. equity analysis, investment or asset management) 
• Knowledge of and interest in capital markets
• Innovative mindset and hands-on approach 
• Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy 
• Highly structured and motivated 
• Team-oriented 
• Intercultural competence and good communication skills 
• Understanding of programming languages (e.g. either of Python, VBA, Matlab, SQL)
