Extraordinary Rebalance | nx25 (Natur-Aktien-Index) | Effective Date 18th September 2023

Please be informed that Solactive AG has decided to perform an extraordinary Rebalance in accordance with Section 3.2 of the Index Methodology due to the imminent delisting of BOIRON SA in the background of the acquisition by BOIRON DEVELOPMENT. 

More specifically, the following changes will be implemented:

• BOIRON SA (BOIR.PA) will be deleted from the Index composition and replaced by ERAMET (ERMT.PA) via a weight neutral member exchange as of cob September 15th 2023, effective open September 18th 2023.
