Delisting | VIRTUS CONVERTIBLE AND INCOME 2024 TARGET TERM FUND | 27th August 2024

On June 6, 2024, VIRTUS CONVERTIBLE AND INCOME 2024 TARGET TERM FUND announced that regarding its liquidation, the last trading day on New York Stock Exchange will be August 26, 2024. The Fund will be liquidated after the close of business on August 30, 2024 (Termination Date).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• VIRTUS CONVERTIBLE AND INCOME 2024 TARGET TERM FUND will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of VIRTUS CONVERTIBLE AND INCOME 2024 TARGET TERM FUND (CBH.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 27/08/2024
