Delisting | VICTORIA GOLD CORP | 29th August 2024

On August 23, 2024, the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) announced that VICTORIA GOLD CORP has failed to meet its continued listing requirements and will be delisted at the close on September 23, 2024. As trading in VICTORIA GOLD CORP has been suspended since August 14, 2024 (and will stay suspended until the delisting), Solactive will remove VICTORIA GOLD CORP at a price of zero.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• VICTORIA GOLD CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of VICTORIA GOLD CORP (VGCX.TO) based on deal terms will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 29/08/2024
