Delisting | TUI AG | 24th June 2024
On January 4, 2024 TUI AG proposed a resolution to cancel the admission of TUI AG shares to the Official List maintained by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 13 February 2024. On February 13, 2024 TUI AG shareholders approved the resolution. It is anticipated that the last day of dealings of the TUI AG shares on the Main Market will be 21 June 2024. Cancellation of the listing of the TUI AG shares on the Official List of the FCA is expected to take effect on 24 June 2024.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- TUI AG will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of TUI AG (TUIT.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
- Effective Date (open): 24/06/2024
