Delisting | STEMMER IMAGING AG | 30th December 2024

VENTRIFOSSA BIDCO AG launched a delisting offer to acquire entire share capital of STEMMER IMAGING AG. Each shareholder of STEMMER IMAGING AG will receive EUR 48 in cash for every share held. Based on the announcement published on December 19, 2024 the last day of trading in shares is expected to be December 27, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• STEMMER IMAGING AG will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of STEMMER IMAGING AG (S9I.DE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 30/12/2024
