Delisting | NEW AMERICA HIGH INCOME FUND INC | 12th February 2025

On August 8, 2024 NEW AMERICA HIGH INCOME FUND INC announced a reorganization and delisting. Upon the closing of the reorganization, shareholders of the NEW AMERICA HIGH INCOME FUND INC will become holders of Investor Class shares of the T. Rowe Price Fund. NEW AMERICA HIGH INCOME FUND INC will be delisted effective February 12, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NEW AMERICA HIGH INCOME FUND INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NEW AMERICA HIGH INCOME FUND INC (HYB.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 12/02/2025
