Delisting | MFS SPECIAL VALUE TRUST | 11th April 2024

On February 13, 2024, MFS Investment Management announced planned liquidation of MFS SPECIAL VALUE TRUST. The last trading date is expected to be April 10, 2024. The distribution rate is yet finalized. And the liquidation is currently expected to be completed on or about April 29, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MFS SPECIAL VALUE TRUST will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MFS SPECIAL VALUE TRUST (MFV.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/04/2024
