Delisting | FIRST TRUST HIGH INCOME LONG/SHORT FUND | 22nd July 2024

On July 1, 2024 FIRST TRUST HIGH INCOME LONG/SHORT FUND announced reorganization of FSD with and into ABRDN Income Credit Strategies Fund. The Reorganization is expected to be completed at the close of business on July 19, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• FIRST TRUST HIGH INCOME LONG/SHORT FUND will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of FIRST TRUST HIGH INCOME LONG/SHORT FUND (FSD.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 22/07/2024
