On September 8, 2023 EDISTON PROPERTY INVESTMENT announced the disposal of the property portfolio and the voluntary liquidation of the company. At a meeting held on September 26, 2023, shareholders approved the proposal. The estimated amount per Ordinary Share available for distribution to Shareholders in the liquidation is expected to be approximately 69 pence. Last day of dealings for EDISTON PROPERTY INVESTMENT is expected on January 8, 2023 and suspension of ordinary shares from listing on the Official List and from trading on the Main Market is expected on January 11, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• EDISTON PROPERTY INVESTMENT will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of EDISTON PROPERTY INVESTMENT (EPICE.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/01/2024
