Delisting | BORR DRILLING LTD | 2nd January 2025

ON November 1, 2024 BORR DRILLING LTD announced that Euronext Oslo Stock Exchange has approved the companys application for delisting. The Companys shares will be delisted effective December 31, 2024. The last trading date is expected to be December 30, 2024. Considering trading holidays the effective date for the delisting will be January 2, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BORR DRILLING LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BORR DRILLING LTD (BORR.OL) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 02/01/2025
