Delisting | BANK OF CYPRUS HOLDINGS PLC | 19th September 2024
On August 8, 2024 BANK OF CYPRUS HOLDINGS PLC proposed that the ordinary shares of the Company will be admitted to listing for trading on the Main Market of the Regulated Securities Market of the Athens Stock Exchange. Simultaneously the Ordinary Shares will be delisted from the international commercial companies secondary listing category of the Official List of the London Stock Exchange. At a shareholder meeting held on September 13, 2024 BANK OF CYPRUS HOLDINGS PLC shareholders approved the resolutions. BANK OF CYPRUS HOLDINGS PLC intends to apply for the delisting of the Ordinary Shares from the international commercial companies secondary listing category of the Official List of the London Stock Exchange Group plc on 19 September 2024, with the last day of trading of Ordinary Shares on the LSE expected to be 18 September 2024.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- BANK OF CYPRUS HOLDINGS PLC will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of BANK OF CYPRUS HOLDINGS PLC (BOCH.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
