Due to the restrictions placed on LUOKUNG TECHNOLOGY CORP by the implementation of EO 13959, and subject to the earlier Solactive market consultation, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• LUOKUNG TECHNOLOGY CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of LUOKUNG TECHNOLOGY CORP (LKCO.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
