Change of Listing | ORANGE S.A. | 21st October 2024

On September 25, 2024 ORANGE S.A. announced its intention to voluntarily delist its ADR Shares from NYSE. Once the delisting is effective, Orange intends to maintain its ADR shares trading on OTC market. On October 10, 2024 ORANGE S.A. filed an application on Form 25 with the SEC to initiate the delisting process. The delisting will be effective ten days after that filing, from which time ORANGE S.A. ADRs will no longer be traded on the NYSE. The Change of Listing is expected to be completed on October 18, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ORANGE S.A. will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ORANGE S.A. (ORAN.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 21/10/2024
