On April 3, 2024, CASA SYSTEMS INC filed voluntary petitions for Chapter 11 relief under the Bankruptcy Code. As a result, CASA SYSTEMS INC was delisted from Nasdaq on April 4, 2024, after market close. CASA SYSTEMS INC began trading OTC on April 5, 2024. Due to the Change of Listing, CASA SYSTEMS INC will be removed from the indices effective April 10, 2024 (open).
