Change of Listing | BIG LOTS | 13th September 2024

On September 9, 2024 the New York Stock Exchange announced that the staff of NYSE Regulation has determined to commence proceedings to delist the common shares of BIG LOTS ticker from the NYSE. Trading in BIG LOTS common shares will be suspended immediately in the NYSE and commence trading in the OTC markets. On September 9, 2024 BIG LOTS initiated voluntary Chapter 11 proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. In reaching its delisting determination, NYSE Regulation notes the uncertainty as to the ultimate effect of this process on the value of the Company?s common shares.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BIG LOTS will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BIG LOTS (BIGGQ.PK) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/09/2024
