Change of Listing | AIRSPAN NETWORKS HOLDINGS INC | 4th April 2024

On March 29, 2024, AIRSPAN NETWORKS HOLDINGS INC entered into a Restructuring Support Agreement through the filing of a prepackaged chapter 11 bankruptcy plan of reorganization. As a result, AIRSPAN NETWORKS HOLDINGS INC will be delisted from NYSE and begin trading OTC effective April 2, 2024. AIRSPAN NETWORKS HOLDINGS INC will be removed from the indices effective April 4, 2024 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AIRSPAN NETWORKS HOLDINGS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AIRSPAN NETWORKS HOLDINGS INC (MIMO.A) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/04/2024
