Change of administrator role for several indices

Solactive hereby announces the assumption of the role of Administrator under the Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 (“Benchmark Regulation”) with effect from 1 January 2024 for the below mentioned indices (“Relevant Indices”). The indices will be owned, calculated and published by Global Property Research B.V. (“GPR”).  The publication will be available on the website of GPR. The existing index guidelines of the Relevant Indices will be updated to include changes related to the assumption of role of Administrator by Solactive.
