Bankruptcy | RIZZO GROUP AB | 9th April 2024

On April 3, 2024, RIZZO GROUP AB had decided to file for bankruptcy. The bankruptcy application will be filed at the Stockholm district court. RIZZO GROUP AB will be removed from the index effective open of April 9, 2024. The trading in RIZZO GROUP AB is currently suspended, Solactive AG anticipates no further trading and will set the price of RIZZO GROUP AB to zero effective (close) April 4, 2024. Please note, the final removal price will depend on the stock trading status. If it is trading on the effective date, then the exchange closing price will be used. If it is not trading on the stock exchange or any alternative eligible exchange, then the removal price will be zero.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• RIZZO GROUP AB will be removed from the Index.
• The final weight of RIZZO GROUP AB (RIZZOb.ST) will be redistributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 09/04/2024
