MARIN SOFTWARE INC announced that its Board of Directors has approved a Plan of Dissolution and Liquidation, subject to the approval of the Shareholder Meeting. If approved, MARIN SOFTWARE INC will be wound down and delisted from Nasdaq. Solactive will remove MARIN SOFTWARE INC from the index effective April 15, 2025. If it is not trading on the primary stock exchange or any alternative eligible exchange, then the removal price will be zero.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MARIN SOFTWARE INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MARIN SOFTWARE INC (MRIN.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 15/04/2025
